Overview
Turnkey Software is the software branch of Turnkey Business Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website tkbssoftware.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our marketing website, tkbsmarketing.com, has its own policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you fill out the contact form to request a Build Plan, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the topic you select, and the message you write.
When you unlock the free AI 101 course, we collect your email address and the course page you unlocked it from. Your browser remembers that you unlocked it, so you are only asked once.
When you join the AI Foundations Workshop list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to share them, your first name, business name, how many people at your company should use AI, business type, role, phone number, and the tasks you are interested in.
Information Collected Automatically
We use analytics and advertising cookies to collect usage data such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and the site that referred you, and to measure visits, form requests, and workshop signups from our ads.
When you join the AI Foundations Workshop list or book a call with us, we send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address along with your browser's Meta advertising identifiers, so Meta can match the signup or booking to the ad you saw. If you also share your phone number and first name, we send hashed copies of those too. We keep those identifiers with your workshop registration for this purpose. If you opt out (see Cookies below), none of this is collected or sent.
Portfolio Demos
The interactive demos in our portfolio run entirely in your browser on sample data. Anything you type or select in a demo is not submitted to us, stored, or shared.
