Sort your finances quicker

Have AI group, label and summarize your spending so you can see where the money goes.

  • 1Copy or export a month of transactions, with account numbers removed.

  • 3Ask what stands out: forgotten subscriptions, or a category that's bigger than you expected.
  • 4Treat it as a first pass. Your bookkeeper still owns the real books.

  • Trusting the totals without adding them up yourself.
  • Using the AI's categories for your taxes without asking your accountant.

Get a plain-English summary of what a document says, what it costs you and what to ask about.

  • 3Ask it to point out fees, automatic renewals, cancellation terms and anything unusual.
  • 4Use the summary to ask better questions. Confirm anything important with a professional.

  • Signing based on the AI's summary alone.
  • Pasting only part of the document, so the summary misses the clause that matters.
  • Taking its word on what the law says.

Draft quotes and estimates faster

Turn your job notes and prices into a clear, professional quote the customer can understand.

  • 1You supply the scope, the line items and the prices. AI supplies the wording.
  • 2Include your usual terms: deposit, timeline and what's not included.
  • 3Tell it to use only the prices you give it.
  • 4Save a version you like as your template and reuse it.
Common mistakes
  • Letting AI fill in a price or total you didn't give it.
  • Leaving out what's not included, which leads to disagreements later.
  • Sending it without checking the math line by line.

Photograph or type out receipts and let AI turn them into a tidy list with dates, vendors and amounts.

  • Asking AI what's deductible instead of asking your accountant.

Build simple spreadsheets without knowing formulas

Describe the spreadsheet you want in plain English and get the layout and formulas to copy in.

  • Describing the columns vaguely, so the formula points at the wrong cells.
